These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of talanui.com (the "Site"), operated by Talanui, LLC ("Talanui," "we," "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms.

1. The Site

Talanui is a hydration + fuel brand for water athletes and ocean explorers. The Site is the official website of Talanui, LLC. The Site provides information about our brand, products in development, and opportunities to receive development and launch updates.

Our hydration + fuel products are currently in development. Product concepts, packaging, specifications, availability, and anticipated launch plans may change. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to sell a product unless expressly stated.

2. Intellectual property

All content on the Site is owned by Talanui, LLC or its respective licensors and is protected to the extent provided by applicable law. This includes, without limitation:

• The Talanui name and the original seabird-and-stars flag.
• Website text, visual designs, photographs, and illustrations.
• Product branding, packaging concepts, and other creative materials.
• Proprietary business information and trade secrets, where legally protected.

You may share links to the Site and quote short excerpts with attribution. All other reproduction, distribution, adaptation, or commercial use is prohibited without our prior written permission.

3. Product information and development disclaimers

Information on the Site about our hydration + fuel products is preliminary and provided for general informational purposes. Product concepts, packaging, specifications, and launch plans are in development and may change without notice.

Content on the Site is not individualized medical, nutritional, or professional advice. Consult a qualified professional before making decisions about your health, nutrition, or athletic training.

Nothing on the Site should be read as a claim that any product has been clinically tested, certified, approved, or demonstrated to produce particular athletic outcomes.

4. First Crew email communications

Visitors may voluntarily subscribe to receive development and launch communications, including by joining the First Crew. Subscriptions are governed by the disclosures presented at signup and by our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe at any time using the method provided in our communications.

Joining the First Crew does not guarantee product samples, discounts, availability, or priority purchasing rights.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law.
• Attempt to interfere with, probe, or disrupt the Site or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, harvest, or reuse content in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.
• Impersonate Talanui or its representatives.

The Site links to third-party services. Their content and practices are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.

7. No warranty

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Talanui disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Talanui will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site. 10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and subject to any mandatory consumer protections of your place of residence.
