Chris Paraoan

Chris Paraoan is an author and the founder of Talanui Studios. His published work includes Mana of the Mind: A Fable of the Open Ocean.

Hailing from the Pacific, Chris brings a love of novels, manga, and role-playing games to his storytelling. He is drawn to the thrill of exploring an unfamiliar place—and the quieter moments that make the people beside you matter.

His creative interests return to a question: when the life laid out for you no longer fits, what do you choose next?

At Talanui, he leads the development of original stories and their wider worlds, with adventure as the invitation and character at the center.
